What you need is the vratyastoma ceremony, whereby a person in re-entered into the
Hindu fold. Part of this is being formally given a Hindu name (again, if necessary). The
ceremony is done by a priest. We have more information on this, plus a certificate the
priest can issue. I will collect more information on this. In the meantime, you can locate a
Hindu priest to do the ceremony, we can give him complete information on it.
