Desert Heart This is where you will introduce each month's featured novel and its author. You can give as much detail as you like in order to entice people to read the book. That way, when you eventually discuss the book (either in a discussion forum or a chat room) you will have as many people as possible to share your thoughts with. |

You've introduced the latest book, but what about yourself and your fellow club members? It's now time to give some brief history of the club (VERY brief if you're just starting). Let people know what kind of books they'll be asked to read and why. Let them know why you're putting together the book club in the first place.
Before long you'll have a nice little club to share your thoughts with. You can arrange to read the same books and then discuss them - either in a discussion forum, chat room, guestbook or via email, however you prefer. |
