MANGALYA was founded by Gajanan Nayak to offer matrimonial assistance to Goud Saraswat Brahmins.Currently head-quartered in Goa,it has branches in states of Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka.

Eligible candidates can avail this service by a simple registration process. Related communities like Chitrapur-Sarswats are also welcome to avail the service.

MANGALYA also conducts meets of eligible brides and bridegrooms in different places. Recently, in the month of March, 2002 one such meet was held in Hubli, Karnataka.
