       Considering that traffic on SRH is so low, it does not make any
  sense in reorganising it. I mean what is the logic of all this, just
  reorganise SRH for the sake of it? Will having more moderators result
  in more traffic? I personally never had any problem with the way
   SRH is or has been. Right now I can get get everything I need in one
  place, while later I might have to deal with four newsgroups without
  any needed benefit I can think of.
