In regard to Robert Oppenheimer's quote from the Bhagavad Gita, the 
following is the closest quote I found to what he said. It's from the 
translation by Swami Sivananda.

The Bhagavad Gita, Eleventh Discourse, sloka 32:

"The Blessed Lord said: I am the mighty world-destroying Time, now 
engaged in destroying the worlds. Even without thee, none of the 
warriors arrayed in the hostile armies shall live."
