Lord Brahma makes the following statement:

isvarah paramah krsnah
sac-cid-ananda-vigrahah
anadir adir govindah 
sarva-karana-karanam

"Lord Krishna, who is known as Govinda, is the Supreme Lord. His form 
is comprised of eternity, knowledge, and bliss. He is the origin of 
everything; He Himself ahs no other origin. He is the prime cause of 
all causes."
