REQUEST : Shanti Mantra

Can someone post the exact Shanti Mantra that is repeatedly used in
a large number of Hindu scriptures. I would prefer the ITRANS version
as well as its meaning. I mean, that there are some parts like

"oshadhayah shanti"

but I am not sure as to what they hint towards. Literally, "aushadhi"
means medicine. But I do not understand in that case as to what is
really meant by "peace to medicine". Or is it that I am missing something
major. Does aushadhi have a different meaning.
