HELP!!: Ganesh chant

I am performing a wedding tomorrow, & the parents of the bride are
Indian & want me to begin by invoking Ganesh. I vaguely recall a 4-line
stanza to do so, that begins something like:
GAJANANAM BHUTA GANADHI SEVITAM
KALPITA JAMBHU...
Please... someone who knows this stanza email it to me by tomorrow
morning so I may use it to open the ceremony. Many thanks.
