The so-called Hindu menu on airlines such as Singapore Airlines
is just beef-free and often includes chicken or fish. It is not
meat-free. To get a true vegetarian meal, you should select
"Indian Vegetarian". Or, for a more healthy and often tasty
alternative, "Western Vegetarian".
