The Conch shell is a popular Hindu symbol used in ceremonial worship to center the human consciousness on God. Lord Krishna sounded the battle call using the shankh. Here the shankh calls us to lift our thoughts, words and deeds to a higher plane through selfless action, and to work for an enlightened encounter with all negative forces. The shankh also represents the primeval sound Om, that is at once a sound, a word, and a complete mantra, and dates back to the very moment that creation started.
In the heart of the shankh there is Trinidad and Tobago signified by the three hills. These three hills also symbolize the forces of creation, sustenance and dissolution that symbolize the work of God at the start of every cycle of creation.
The open lotus flower is an ancient Hindu symbol that represents the Hindu aspiration of being in the world while transcending it at the same time.
The fingers of the right hand are formed in the mudra that denotes perfection. The rays of enlightenment shine through perfection, chasing away negativity with light.
