BOMBAY, India (AP) -- A court convicted 11 Muslims of murder and
sentenced them to life in prison for burning six Hindus to death
during religious riots that erupted in Bombay three years ago.
The judge acquitted 10 other suspects in Wednesday's ruling.
The 11 convicted men locked the victims in their houses and set
the buildings on fire.
